Lot of work at home

Yesterday I enrolled to my MBA exams with the help of WOLF. After 7 years, I have started to study again. I want to study well and do my exams well.
But, my problem is at my husband’s house. I have a lot of work at home. My mother-in-law does not like me studying. I am also a working woman. Please help me what I can do to concentrate.

Yes, I have high BP and recently I am missing my periods for last 4 months. It might be menopause.
